Volunteers who have applied and have been approved by Omaha ForUs can sign-up for an orientation on either the 1st Wednesday of the month from 5:30-7:30pm or every 1st Friday of the month from 11am-1pm. Walk-ins are not accepted, as we have a rigorous selection process to guarantee the safety of community members, staff, and the facility. If you are interested in volunteering, but have not completed an application yet, please complete an application here in order to sign-up for a Volunteer Orientation at Omaha ForUs.

If you want to volunteer casually without applying, are ages 13-18 years old, or want to volunteer with a group, please consider our Volunteer Days of Service hosted every 2nd Friday of the month from 11am-3pm. Find the registration for the next one on the Events page!
