In-Kind Donations

We are currently accepting clothing, food, and hygiene donations during our open donation hours (Tues-Thurs 1-8pm, Fri-Sat 10am-3pm, CLOSED Sunday & Monday). Simply head on over to Omaha ForUs (located at 742 N 109th Ct, Omaha, NE 68154), bring your donations inside, and a staff member/volunteer will write a donation receipt for you for IRS tracking purposes. Expect to provide your basic contact information including address, email, and phone number for donor acknowledgement and tracking purposes.

Clothing Donations: Clothing donations will be limited to two (2) trash bags per person, per week.

We are specifically looking for:

  • All “wear to work”" apparel in these specific sizes:

    • Extra small (XS)

    • Small (S)

    • 2XL+ through 6XL+

  • Purses

  • Accessories (all jewelry)

  • Clean shoes

    • Women’s size 10+

    • Men’s size 8+

Clothing we do not accept:

  • Stained, dirty (including pet hair)

  • Ripped

  • Missing buttons/zippers

  • Children’s clothing

  • Branded with company logos (not including logos like Nike, Under Armour, etc.)

  • Branding that goes against our mission

  • Branding that promotes drugs/alcohol

  • Used undergarments (excluding gender-affirming car items)

Food/Hygiene Donations: Unlimited food/hygiene donations will be accepted, as our most needed donations are food/hygiene donations.

We are specifically looking for:

    • Products specifically for Black & Brown individuals

    • Shampoo & conditioner - full size (above 4oz)

    • Body wash - full size (above 12oz)

    • Face wash (all kinds/sizes)

    • Facial moisturizers (all kinds/sizes)

    • Facial treatments/masks

    • Sunscreen (all kinds)

    • Deodorant - full size (above 2oz)

    • Body lotion - full size (above 4oz)

    • Disposable razors

    • Shaving cream (all sizes)

    • Perfume/cologne (all kinds)

    • Hand sanitizer (1-3 fl. oz)

    • Liquid/foam hand soap (~8.75 fl. oz)

  • Makeup Products

    • Makeup setting spray (all kinds/sizes)
