His approach is grounded in trauma-informed, harm-reductionist practice that prioritizes continuous deconstruction and learning to better integrate anti-racist and decolonizing frameworks into his work.

A core belief they live by is that collective liberation starts with people caring about people. It asks that we honor the humanness in every person, because when people feel truly seen and valued, they’re empowered to shape the systems that affect their lives.
