Live your best life with options that best fit your mental health needs. We currently offer individual therapy sessions and a range of support groups. Need resources now? Check out our Best Life Mental Wellness Toolkit.
Omaha ForUs is not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If it’s an emergency, call 911.
Our on-site pantry and clothing closet provide assistance to individuals and families in our community who are experiencing food insecurity, in need of personal care/hygiene products, or are in need of apparel, undergarments, shoes, and accessories.

Our youth-specific programs provide activities and support for LGBTQ+ youth ages 13 to 18. Programming is led by trained, affirming, background-checked adult facilitators at our center.
Omaha ForUs hosts a variety of support groups, educational workshops, and social gatherings that celebrate, support, and uplift the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're looking for resources, community, or just a fun time, there's something for everyone!
